This project was inspired by my desperate need for a name tag on my son’s diaper bag. I didn’t want to monogram his diaper bag because I want to use it again for the next child at some point. So I decided I would make my own tag. Here is the digital tag I created. See the bottom of this post for a Word document template to help you create your own tag in no time!
A few steps to complete my tag:
Step 1: Print my tag on white card stock paper
Step 2: Cut around the designated edge
Step 3: Laminate the tag and cut around the edge again. This time leave a quarter of an inch around the sides and bottom and a half inch extra of the laminate on top so you can punch through it
Step 4: Hole punch the tag in the center
Step 5: String a coordinating piece of grosgrain ribbon through the hole to attach it to the diaper bag.
